Reactify — Privacy Policy

Short version: we store your server's reaction rules. We don't read messages, log user data, or sell anything.

1. What we store

2. What we don't store

Message content — we never read, log, or store messages
User profiles, usernames, or avatars
DMs
Payment info — handled entirely by Discord/Stripe
IP addresses or device info

3. How we use your data

Only to run the bot: applying reaction rules and enforcing tier limits. Nothing else.

4. Where data is stored

Google Firestore (Google Cloud), encrypted at rest and in transit. Only the bot's service account has access.

6. Data retention

While the bot is in your server: data is kept.
After removal: deleted within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, deletion of, or export of your server's data. Use the bot commands to update config, or contact us for anything else.

8. EU/GDPR

Legal basis: legitimate interest (providing the service) and contract performance (for subscribers). Data controller is based in Croatia (EU). You have all rights under GDPR Articles 15–22.

9. Children

Reactify follows Discord's age requirements. We don't knowingly collect data from users under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
